Straightforward and precise,

This book is certainly one of the best available on the subject of negotiation. The author advises you to focus on three main aspects of negotiation- Planning and preparation, listening to find out what the other side really wants, and watching for signals when the negotiation is underway.
Definitely a must-read if you are going to be involved in bargaining of any type.
