Brilliant idea for emergency water storage,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: waterBOB Emergency Drinking Water Storage (100 Gallons) (Tools & Home Improvement)
I cannot tell you that I have tested this product because it will only be used in an emergency, but I was thrilled to add it to my emergency supplies. I have done a fair amount of research on how to store water for the kind of emergency where you have reason to believe that public services could be disrupted for weeks at a time--such as an avian flu epidemic. So if I am asked to shelter in place for such an epidemic, I will immediately put the Waterbob into use.
I will also be filling some 55 gallon drums with water for long term storage, but it is much more difficult and expensive to get drums ready for storage (I purchased second hand drums that need to be cleaned, but new ones were cost prohibitive because of the cost of shipping).

I have not purchased this product, however am seriously considering it. Glad to see the many comments. $20 for one time use is costly but at what price is purchasing water or having a barrel which you have to treat & then find room to store, not to mention potentially move to drain/refill!! I am a part of a church group in which many of the members are very transient (military, government, students). All have been very challenged in storing food & water. This is a small price to pay when you consider "dumping" food storage every 3 years b/c of moving/wt. issues... Glad to find this!! Thanx again for all your input!!
