Fabulous surprise ending!,
This review is from: The Gift of Téchaya: Beyond the Tenfeather (Paperback)
This review is written based on the third book in the Spirit Work: A Tale of Renewal trilogy, The Gift of Techaya
The title of this third book in the Spirit Work: A Tale of Renewal trilogy has a double meaning: Techaya is a character from the past, and techaya, which means renewal, is also the only hope for the future.
We learn more about the relationship of the past with the present, as well as a branch of the families living in the pristine areas of Alaska who guard a very valuable secret.
Gordon, Lynn's and Andy's son, is preparing to go to university to study medicine and plants. Little does he suspect that the greatest discovery in the healing herb world awaits him at the end of this novel as he undertakes a long search from Oregon to Alaska, on which he is constantly followed and physically threatened, to uncover the details of his past.
As that happens, Andy becomes sicker and sicker until he is finally convinced to visit the doctor. The prognosis is fatal.
The end of the book, and seemingly of Andy, is fast paced, and it Will Surprise You! It ends with one of the best plot twists I have ever had the delight to agonize and thrill over!
