This review is from: Epson LabelWorks LW-400 Label Maker (Office Product)
The features of he LabelWorks is very good. But the printed tape leaves much to be desired compared to the Brother P-Touch. The LabelWorks prints in pixels which leaves a jaged edge on the printed tape. When useing a small type size this is not too noticable, but when printing large type the letters have a very jagged edge. In my opinion this looks rather sloppy. Will I send it back - NO. Will I continue to use my Brother P Touch for most labeling YES. Also I assume this the because it is new, but I have yet to get any tape I ordered with the excption of the one tape that came with the writer.

Just want to point out that out of 66 "reviews" for this product, you are the only one that actually paid money for it. The rest of the 65 "reviews" are from the Vine program! Maybe this product is too new for real paid customer reviews?

That seems to be the one thing that Brother does better than Epson - smooth crisp lettering. Too bad the Epson prints letters with jagged edges worse than a 30 year old dot-matrix printer.
