1.0 out of 5 stars Lies, lies, and more lies, June 24, 2008
This review is from: New Clinton Chronicles [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Yes, this is is the original video that the lunatic fringe and conspiracy nuts swear by, a joint venture between Pat Matrisciana (known for his videos that smear other Dem. politicians and make unfounded allegations of Satanism in popular culture) and Rev. Jerry Falwell in their ongoing campaign against our former President...too bad virtually all their claims are hearsay/lies/unfounded:

- Vince Foster, whose suicide was cleared of any Clinton ties by *Ken Starr*, of all people...not to mention soil from the park where his body was found turned up on his shoes, indicating he walked through there before shooting himself (unless you subscribe to the absurd theory that he was forced to do so, @ gunpoint, in full view of witnesses)
- Henry and Ives, two teens whose 1987 deaths were linked to then-Gov. Clinton for supposedly stumbling on a drug ring he was connected to, but really had no ties to him whatsoever (they were stupid enough to rob a coke dealer, who beat them to death, then dumped their bodies on the RR tracks)
- That sillhouetted reporter Falwell interviews in the vid, who claimed his life was in danger for digging up dirt on Clinton and alleging a couple of his colleagues were mysteriously killed? It's merely Matrisciana, who staged this portion of the vid @ Falwell's suggestion for "dramatic purposes"

It should also be noted that (as mentioned in other negative reviews) most of the allegations came from Larry Nichols, who later recanted them and apologized, then went back on his apologies and started producing similar videos for the anti-Clinton crowd...as is noted elsewhere, anything Nichols says should be taken w/a huge grain of salt. And while some may deride the media for allegedly not touching this case, they did, and found the allegations to have no basis in reality.

Finally, ask yourself this: Why would such insignificant bit players in the Clinton drama be killed by him, while those w/the goods (Starr, Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky, et al.) lived to tell their stories and came out unscathed? Think about it...
