Not worth it. Simplistic and uncreative...,
This review is from: BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea Episode 1 [Online Game Code] (Software Download)
Hmmmm... the game just ended suddenly. I'm just a few minutes (here and now) from finishing it. I was looking forward to and expecting more. More creativity, perhaps more interesting environments than just a dark department store, some special or 'extra' game play - maybe a twist or two. None of that happened for me. It wasn't very long either... as a matter of fact, downright short. Maybe three hours. On 'normal' settings it was more difficult than the 'normal' setting in Infinite... less ammo and weapon choices. The final boss was (ho hum) a Big Daddy (yawn)... read: easy. I have to say for $14 (thru Steam) - considering I bought Infinite for $19 - it wasn't worth the cost IMHO. I have enjoyed BI and gave it a rave review, and am playing it thru a second time. Just not impressed with Burial at Sea. This DLC has eroded my interest and will probably pass on Episode 2. However, if I may say so - just to prove I'm not a 'hater', I thoroughly enjoyed Bioshock 2 DLC Minerva's Den! It was much longer and well made, and had a poignant ending!
