Returned and no credit given
, February 12, 2014
Product was defective. Returned to vendor in China. No credit given. You either pay more than the cost of the watch to ship the unit back to China via UPS Air or pay less to ship via USPS without any means of tracking. In my case, I'm out the cost of the watch and additional shipping as the vendor did not acknowledge receipt of the returned product or provide any portion of a refund.
US Customs also has issues with exporting Li-ion batteries out of the United States, which must be declared when completing export paperwork.
