I've had it almost a month and I like it. My hips have trim a bit and I lost 5 pounds without any real dieting. I do it 4 times a week. With the help of this my stomach has gone back flat....I was getting a little belly and that's something I wasn't used to. About 10-15 mins into the jumps...sweat is pouring down my face and I am panting heavy. I figure I'd give it about another month...or until I can continuously do every jump before I move onto the next dvds.

Has this really helped your abs? I had a baby 2 months ago and I'm actually smaller now than BEFORE getting pregnant. However, I now have this jiggly stomach that I DESPERATELY want to tighten up before the summer. Will doing this workout help me?
