This review is from: Waterbugs and Dragonflies: Explaining Death to Children (Looking Up) (Paperback)
my husband and i were told this story while we were in the hospital after our daughter was stillborn. i loved how this story talked about life after death but didnt talk about heaven, jusst a "better place." it also talked about why people that die cant come back. this is a pocket book, small and paperback. i am getting a tattoo of a dragonfly above my heart in memory of my daughter because of this story. i'm glad i found it in book form. i bought 3. one for each set of grandparents and one for us to keep.

E. Allen - I am not sure if you will read this ... but I was touched by your post. I too have a tattoo of a dragonfly right above my heart for the son I lost. I found this story later and thought it was just beautiful. Dragonflies became special to me because I am certain there were more of them around me after his death and I felt "touched" by them. Maybe I needed it - or maybe it was something more... either way they are precious to me. Just wanted to offer peace and light to you and your family.
