Love the tv but hate their customer service,

My sons car power adapter went out after 6 months. I contacted RCA customer service and since it was still under warranty I was told I would receive a new one free! It finally came in the mail 2 weeks later and was the wrong cord! I call RCA and have to argue with them because they want me to go out of my way to fax the receipt again when I just did it! Then I was told they haven't received payment for my package (it was free under warranty) my main complaint is their horrible customer service! Not to mention their customer service is in India and its hard to understand the guy and their volume on the call is real low and hard to hear!

Did you try buying a new fuse for the original cord? Mine just went out after 4 months of use and I just ordered new fuses for it. I am hoping it will work!
