Geeze, louise! have we really turned into an entire country of scientific illiterates in only a generation?

Pastor Wolfie of the Church of "The Peer-Reviewed Scientists Said So", have you read the book? Your argument is one from authority akin to a religion that quotes a sacred text or doctrinal body. Then you disparage anyone who has not joined your church? Are not most scientists - especially of the Peer-reviewed variety - funded by one or another government entity? Should not we question the validity of "scientific" conclusions funded of the Statists, by the Statists, and for Statists? Are not all scientists who reach conclusions contrary to the expected outcome deemed by the faithful as "not reputable"?
