This is a magnificent book on meditation. Olivia has made a clear and simple explanation of the many ways one can meditate to find inner bliss, improved health, inner peace and clarity of mind. I love how Olivia gets the reader involved with how to experience their meditation by integrating a daily journal after each chapter as it's one thing to read about meditation, but putting it into practice is the vital key to experience the amazingly beautiful and maximum benefits of meditation.
I highly recommend this book for anyone that is interested in meditation and experiencing a truly blissful journey to inner peace. As Olivia says "If you don't try, you'll never know. So try! Please. Meditate.")
