They changed everything again, have to learn to use Windows again!!!,
This review is from: Microsoft Windows 8 Pro - Upgrade [Old Version] (Software)
I hate Windows 8!!!
Microsoft people did it again. They changed a lot of the Windows features so that, if you already knew how to use Windows XP or Windows 7 you had to suffer and start learning all over again!!!
I do NOT know why do they do this!!, do they think that business people can take the time to learn everything again? are not they supposed to try to make your live EASIER and SAVE TIME instead of wasting it?!
Take my advice, if you have Windows XP or Windows 7 keep it like that, do NOT upgrade your system!!

Everyone pretty much agrees,, stick Windows XP and Windows 7. They are excellent operating systems, practical, productive, stable and fast.

What exactally are you finding hard to learn? Other than the new tile start screen the desktop is exactally the same....well minus the start button and if you move your mouse to the right hand of the screen even by accident you will find all the start button had to offer. There are lots of people on here that can help make the "learning curve" easy but there is no need to cry that the sky is falling because there are a few new features.

The new office is just as annoying. Having to youtube search how to scan a document when the last 50 versions of MS Word simply allowed you to import. NOW you have to go into a cryptic menu system and assign a hot key to do something that was previously easy to get to. I mean, why would anyone want to scan a document into MS word? Don't get me started on Excel. I hate these new products and I have no idea who the intended audience is but you nailed it. I'm a busy professional and I need to hit the ground running, not walking, running. Stick with win 7.

When I have to give up my Office 2010, then I am fleeing to a free alternative. Office 2013 is idiotic and annoying.
