Sugar Free Sweetener not quite what you would expect. This add's healthier alternative to you coffee or tea or anything you might normally add sugar to. A does taste a little different than saccharine or sweet n low, but not unpleasant to get used to. And as The cooking instruction's provided by the company I find that you can even bake with Yacon Root Extract. Great plus!
