The Cat is out of the Bag!,
This review is from: The Manchurian President: Barack Obama's Ties to Communists, Socialists and Other Anti-American Extremists (Hardcover)
This book brings together many facts that are readily available to anyone that researches this subject. What I find amusing is that based on some of the reviews shown here, there are still Obamabots roaming around that have no concept of reality, or history for that matter. I guess some Americans are permanently brain damaged, and can no longer discern fact, from fiction. Very sad indeed......and many wonder "why is it we are losing our Liberty hand over fist"?.....this book explains it to those who do not bother to seek the truth of the reality we are living. Goodbye America.....you asked for it, and now you have it.

Admittedly, I haven't yet read the book. But I have read scores of negative reviews and comments. I haven't found a single one which has cited specific errors or untruths from the book. Most criticisms seem to come from individuals who have no intention of reading the book or anything which questions President Obama's qualifications to rule our country.

Losing our liberty under Obama?
'In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, the FBI rounded up 762 persons with Arab-sounding names, most of them illegal aliens. [...] [T]he detainees were not told the charges against them, which impaired their ability to get lawyers or bail hearings. When a detainee's family came looking for him, the staff at the detention centers claimed the detainee was not there. In some cases there were verbal taunts, such as "You're going to die here."
Under the FBI policy of "hold until cleared", the 762 aliens in the Ashcroft raid were jailed for an average of eighty days, and 84 of them were subjected to twenty-three hour lockdown. Not a single one of them was found to have any connection with terrorism.'
Would you like to tell me who was President when that happened?

What?.. I think at the time what-the FBI did was appropriate for our country. It was unfortunate for those people but we had to be sure. 23 hours in lockdown is a small price to pay for freedom.

D.Hendricks has to be kidding "23 hours in lockdown is a small price to pay for freedom" When does it end? How 'bout 24 hours small price? maybe 2 days is a small price? what about holding someone in lockdown for a week? is that a small price? if a week is a small price then what about a month? a year? Where does it end? Have you ever heard of the "slippery slope"? You find it OK that they were jailed for 80 days? Who exactly is giving away our freedom?

My understanding of this passage is 23 hours lockdown per day for an average 80 days — which means that in some cases it was more. It may be a small price to you, mate. You wouldn't object to being waterboarded either, right?

What does this have to do with Obama the Destroyer/Commie?

I have not yet read the book but will. This review is not very helpful because it degenerates into name calling and questioning the mindset of others. If you have positive information to offer then please do so.
As for "..losing our Liberty hand over"?", that has been going on far longer than just President Obama's terms in office. We have been giving away our liberties for decades now and under both Democratic and Republican presidents.
