Works with Timex Global Trainer GPS watch,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Wahoo ANT+ Speed & Cadence Sensor for iPhone (Sports)
I bought this sensor to pair up with my Timex Global Trainer GPS watch so that I can track "distance", speed and cadence while my bike is on the trainer. It took me about 20-25 minutes to install, and I am not a bike tech, just a regular bike rider. It works really well as an ANT+ transmitter that sends speed/cadence info to my watch which acts as the ANT+ receiver. If you are looking for a wireless ANT+ sensor that you can pair up with a watch or other ANT+ receiver, this fits the bill and works really well. If you just want a speed/cadence sensor for tracking your workouts while on a bike trainer, get the Cateye Strada Cadence (wired). Typically I wouldn't need this while on the road, since my watch has GPS and can track speed/distance as well as map my ride AND/OR I can use an app like RunKeeper or Strava on my Android phone. The only thing it would add would be cadence, which is not that important to me when I'm on the road enjoying the ride.
