Two Recipes Way Beyond Good,

If you follow the recipes for Chef Pam's chipotle-crusted pork tenderloin and the creamy tomato basil soup, you will know beforehand that the result is going to be way beyond good. The blended aromas were so wonderful. The look and taste of the tenderloin and the collards were both delicious and surprising.
Based on the above, I'm looking forward to more great surpises from other recipes in the book. The stories between the recipes are special too, and it adds to the effect to know something about the person behind the recipe.
