This review is from: The Happiness Trap: How to Stop Struggling and Start Living: A Guide to ACT (Paperback)If you are a person who can learn complex mental and physical skills by reading a book, then The Happiness Trap might be for you. If you are not this kind of person, then The Happiness Trap will give you a clear explanation of ACT and the ACT skill set. I found the book to be easy to read, albeit sometimes I felt like I was reading a religious tract. The book also lacks footnotes or citations and has a very short bibliography. As an introduction to a new therapy which might prove useful to some people, I found the book to be acceptable

Thank you for your review. It was clear, succinct, and uncomplicated. It's sometimes good to hear a review that simply says: "Yeah, it wasn't bad."
Thanks again. I will look for more of your reviews in the future.
