FANTASTIC Customer Service, Great Device,

I got this router to go with our new satellite service. After the dish and modem were in place, I went to hook up the router. Things went well until I got to the step "power on the router". It didn't power on. After a second try, I called tech support.
I quickly reached "Angel". Not having to go through a long phone tree and not having to wait very long was the first pleasent surprise. Angel told me to use a paper clip and press the hidden "reset" button for two minutes. After that, the router lit up. At this point I assumed the call would end...problem solved. But, no, Angel stayed on the line, walking me through provisioning the router, and then made sure that my desktop could reach the internet, and then kept on going to make certain my laptop also was set.
So customer service gets a HUGE A+ from me.
And how does the router work? Invisibly, just like it's supposed to. No hic-ups, no glitches, full speed ahead. All our computers (three: my wife has a desktop which I got running on my own) are now in the 21st Century, thanks to NetGear and Angel.
