Samsung 26" HDTV,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Samsung UN26EH4000 26-Inch 720p 60Hz LED HDTV (Black) (2012 Model) (Electronics)
I'm really happy with this TV but I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a headphone jack. I frequently watch TV after my family has gone to sleep so it's a handy feature to have on a TV. I checked the specs for this model on several websites and at least two of them indicated that it had this feature (not Amazon). Does anyone know if I can buy an adaptor? I ordered one but I don't think it will work. I'd rather not purchase a wireless pair of headphones to replace the new ones I already own.

Google hound dog hearing. It is a wireless headset that is awesome. No wires to get caught up in, sound is great and everyone is happy. Oh and the price is very reasonable too.

My 32-incher has an "audio-out" port which seems to work with a basic set of headphones (located beneath the yellow video component plug in the back), although the tv volume has to be dropped to 0 and there is no way to modify the headphone volume. Not sure if that port is absent from yours or if there is issue with the (admittedly weird) inability to change headphone volume instead of speaker volume.

Had same issue, buy a set of ear plugs that have their own volume control, may help a bit.
