Navigating website content is better,
This review is from: Tampa Bay Times (Kindle Edition)
I love the St. Pete Times (even with the impending name change) and sited the electronic version of the paper as one of the key factors in wanting the Kindle Fire. I have been reading the paper on my Android phone (from their website, not an app) for months now and was looking forward to upgrading to the larger layout and (I thought) improved functionality of the Kindle version of the paper. When I opened my Kindle on Christmas morning, the first thing I did was subscribe to the St. Pete Times. The Kindle version, to my dismay, is so painfully abbreviated that I do not see it as worth the $10 monthly fee. The Sunday Neighborhood Times section had ONLY ONE STORY in it! Rather than being able to pour over the paper for an hour or two, I read all of the Kindle content in about 15 minutes. From my Kindle I can navigate to the website, which I have bookmarked, and read much more content for free - and in a more visually pleasing format. Major fail for the publishers of the St. Petersburg Times.
