excellent and thorough work on explaining Linux internals,
This review is from: Professional Linux Kernel Architecture (Paperback)
This is an awesome book on Linux kernel internals. The author gave a very detailed treatment of various core subsystems of the kernel. Code explanations are really good! Author did not go into details of the code but touches as much code explanation as needed to understand the high-level view of the implementation. At the beginning, I found it a little hard to follow but once you are into the text, you won't find such in-depth helpful explanation anywhere else except in this book. Highly recommended for any intermediate to advanced level kernel developers who want to hone their understanding and explore new kernel subsystems.
