THE MOST IMPORTANT BOOK EVER WRITTEN ON NUTRITION,

This book is based on OBSERVING FACTS in real people rather than trying to HYPOTHESIZE on laboratory tests.
It directly contradicts many of the the assumptions we take for granted in health today. e.g many of the healthiest people he studied were on high fat diets (over 50% fat, often more)
It is interesting how refined sugar and refined white flour were shown to be such large contributors to degeneration.
I thought his observation of vegetarians was interesting:
"As yet, I have not found a single group.....which was building and mainting excellent bodies by living entirely on plant foods....In every instance where groups involved had been long under this teaching, I found evidence of degeneration"...
This book should be required reading for all doctors, dentists, nutritionists, health journalists, and kids in school.
