Nothing but problems,
This review is from: ASUS X202E-DB21T 11.6-Inch Touchscreen Laptop (Grey) (Personal Computers)I bought my first ASUS 2 weeks ago. Had problems with a unknown device, since day 1, contacted ASUS several times, and after reinstalling windows, reseting the laptop, etc, they asked me to bring the laptop to the store to get a replace. I got the second one one week ago, and today frozen, and when rebotting, got a silver/black display, and then a message for an auto repair. Called Asus and they asked me to press and hold the power button, and then release and press F9, after doing that, they asked me to bring the laptop to the store to get a replacement. AGAIN??? all my documents and emails lost ... and I will have to set up a new laptop all over again. I will never even buy another Asus. I will probably ask for my money back tomorrow, and buy something else.

I have not had the best luck with Asus, but how do you lose emails because of a computer malfunction? Emails are stored on a server.

Were you able to get your money back?

Yes, I took it to the store I bought it from, with the receipt. First time they exchanged for the same model, the second time they gave me my money back, and apologized. I will never buy an ASUS again. Even if I got my money back from the store, the technical support is very bad, until you get transferred to the other department.

ASUS Support says:
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Normally, resetting the system to factory settings will resolve system freeze and reboot unless this is an isolated hardware related issue. Should you need further assistance, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and write down service# 3153082 on the subject line.

Rodel, Thanks for your reply. However, after trying TWO different ASUS (same model) and having different problems, I decided to return the ASUS for good, and I got a SONY instead, which I haven't have any problem, and I am happy camper now. Therefore, I do not need to contact ASUS anymore. (Thanks God, because your tech reps are really bad)
