What a waste of good money.,

Received card in mail, scraped off protective coating and entered number only to be told the number had already been used. cardboard backing states no refunds or replacements and not responsible for used, stolen or invalid numbers. >:(

Contact Amazon customer service - they are great about replacing or refunding defective items. We bought one of these cards and it worked so it must be just an error.

Yes, I've never had an issue replacing things from Amazon. However, the card clearly states no returns or exchanges and not responsible for stolen or unusable numbers. :/
CORRECTION: Per your suggestions, Lisa and Hellion, I've reached out to Amazon Customer Service and they were very responsive and quickly took care of the problem. Thanks a million!!!!

That just means Microsoft won't give you a replacement, Amazon still might send you a digital code.

If your problem was resolved you should change your review because it was not a waste of money. Maybe not 5 stars but you didn't lose any money did you? Just time/convenience...
