Great book! It's quick to read, easy to follow. JJ's eating plan makes so much sense and the workout is incredible. I'm not a huge fan of cardio, but I love her bursting tecnique because you get it over with quickly! By week 3 I had already lost about 7 lbs. and went down a pant size. If you want to look and feel great in tanks this summer, you gotta get this book!
