A cook book following all four seasons by one of the best British chefs. His restaurant is probably the best in England, book one month in advance. His innovative recipes, beautifully illustrated are aimed at the cook at home using only the freshest ingredients. There is a helpful basic recipes and techniques index at the back of the book for the less experienced cook. Anyone who loves cooking and eating food should add this one to their collection.
