x-small size does not have thumbs,

This review is from: SnowStoppers Kid's Nylon Waterproof Snow Colorful Mittens (Sports)
We ordered an x-small size in these mittens for our 18-month-old son. When we got them we discovered that there were no thumbs, and had to return them. They seem to be good quality and were very soft inside, but what kid can play in the snow if they don't have opposable thumbs! We are going to order the small and hopefully they will have thumbs and not be too big on him.

I thought the same thing when I saw them, but we tried them anyway, and my son had no more issues picking stuff up off the ground in these mittens than in other ones he's had in spite of the lack of thumb. It makes them easier to get on too.
