A great way to rethink all aspects of life and not just business,

The book is well written and provides a call back to some loss practices of marketing and customer service. It is most helpful if you are able to read while keeping your particular context and market in mind. I found some sections a bit wordy at time and couldn't help but wonder if there were any "kick backs" for the repeated mentions of corporations. Overall, as a pastor to a large suburban church it was a refreshing reminder to begin our thought around the individual person as a catalyst for growth.
