This review is from: The 36-Hour Day, 5th edition: A Family Guide to Caring for People Who Have Alzheimer Disease, Related Dementias, and Memory Loss (A Johns Hopkins Press Health Book) (Kindle Edition)
I have every edition of this book. It has always been my go to guide along with the handy help of the Alzheimer's Association web site. They also have some very helpful and free advice and guides to caregivers on this topic. It is very understandable and clearly written for the nonprofessional caregiver to understand. My mother got this book years ago when caring for my grandmother. I then purchased it to help me with new clients, as I work in the medical field and specifically with dementia patients. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs some helpful, clear, concise help and understanding of the disease.
