I've LOST 40 pounds and 38 inches using Jonathan's system outlined in this book....but I'm more excited about what I've GAINED!!,

The knowledge laid out in these pages, when applied, will transform your life, just like they did mine. I went from being exhausted and having zero energy to regaining my life back and feeling alive!!! His holistic approach has set me free from the years and cycles of dieting. I no longer have to say "no" to things I want to say "yes" to because of being unfit and overweight. It has changed my life as well as the lives of our family, and most importantly my kids. I'm eternally grateful for these tools found through these pages, for they have made all the difference.

Hi Alanna, I am by no means calling into question the validity of the success you have had. I noticed the publication date of this book is 1/9/2014, which is only two weeks and a day before your review was posted. How were you able to apply the principles of this book to achieve such rapid results? What am I missing?
How long has it taken for you to achieve those great results?

Hi there Homeowner! Thanks for the congrats and excellent question. In Jonathan's book he discusses that if you want more personalized guidance you can check out online boot camp. I joined his online boot camp in November of 2012. The life changing principals throughout the book are very prevalent in boot camp. Again, thanks for the congrats...it feels so great to feel fabulous and I want that for everyone else too!!!
