3.0 out of 5 stars Rent first, but buy it if you like it!, October 16, 2012
= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: 007 Legends - Xbox 360 (Video Game)
I just rented this game at Redbox and played to the end of the first mission. I wanted to share that this game has an interesting storyline by using Daniel Craig in past Bond roles and works the past Bond movie stories up to the newest movie "Skyfall". Familiar characters and villians of past bond movies make cameos in the game like Oddjob, Goldfinger, Jaws...but my favorite addition was seeing Sanchez from License to Kill. If you loved Goldeneye and some of the other 007 games and films like I did, you will like it. Its def worth a rent, and I might buy it once I get a better scale of its replayability!

Update: Beat it after a two day rental, its really short, but has new DLC out in November for free. By then too many good games will be out to try and go back to this average FPS

This game got horrible reviews. Have you played Goldeneye Reloaded? It was an abysmal game to say the least. Probably best described as a Call of Duty clone and a poor one at that. I'm getting bored with first person shooters and honestly wish Activision switched back to the third person like that in 007 BloodStone. Way better game by far!

You're right Joel, they do have too many FPS's to compare to COD. They are fun games, but mostly to rent. I am looking forward to Hitman:Resolution, AC3, and yes Halo4. nice to have a Redbox close to home to keep something new in the xbox!

It's "Skyfall," by the way.

Nice review...everyone seems to be killing this game more over its comparison to Call of Duty which I don't mind at all.

From what I have read, it appears to be rushed which is no surprise considering Activision wanted it out before the movie, however, that does not mean it is broken beyond repair.

I will certainly give this game a try for the Wii U when it comes out - Thanks for the review...and yes, I love my COD, Halo, and Assassin's Creed as well!

You're going to get the Wii-U? Do you think it has more power than current systems?
