Both the authors of this book are Athletes. Elite level athletes.....not writers. But you wouldn't know it by reading this manual....because they are able to lace words & pictures together in such a fun and engaging way that you almost forget you're learning. The knowledge they share is a perfect blend of evidence based concepts crossed with experiential learning.
The concepts and rules spelled out in this book have helped me reverse years of wear and tear on my body, as result of competing at an elite level. This is a book that really seems to pull together all the best ideas and truths from across a broad spectrum of disciplines throughout human history, to leave the reader with a simple, clear set of guidelines for health and longevity.
