This review is from: Still Missing (Hardcover)
Do you ever finish a book, and then just have to sit quietly for a bit and just absorb what you read? Still Missing was that kind of book. One of the best books I've read in over five years.
I am a voracious reader, so I have one simple rule. If I don't get hooked by the third chapter, it's a good bet that the story just isn't going to get any better.
I was hooked from the first chapter with this book, and quite simply could not put it down (I wanted to, I really did, as it was a Sunday night and I had to work the next day). I stayed up til 2 in the morning because I just had to know what happens to the main character, Annie. Chevy Stevens shows tremendous talent, and has delivered an excellent book that draws you in, with lots of twists and turns, and nasty surprises. I would highly recommend this book, just save it for a Friday night so you can at least sleep in the next morning.
