Big, Nonstick, Cooks Even, Durable,

Unlike other large nonstick skillets I've owned, this one has a perfectly flat bottom, cooks evenly, and after two years of frequent use still looks and functions beautifully - I don't baby it, but I don't use metal cooking utensils on it, I clean it with a soft sponge, and I don't let it sit around with food in it. It's got good heft, though not nearly as much as cast iron, and will handle enough heat to really crisp up fish or sear a piece of meat. We have one in our kitchen and one in our camper. I took the handle off the one in the camper so that it fits in the oven--great for making pizza and other baked dishes.
