Good book, but.,

They seem imponderable but turn out to have practical solutions.
Toward the end of the book they come to" the million dollar question"; What do you do when price is the only consideration? How do you build value when you can't get into the door? This to me wasn't answered as fully as I wanted, or enough examples given. I think that if they wrote a separate book, just on that subject, with many real life examples, I think that they would have a best seller.
