5.0 out of 5 stars This is an awesome product!!!!, April 12, 2011

This is an awesome product!
We homeschool our twin 4 year olds and they absolutely LOVE it.
Everyday we pick a card and make the shapes.
I like this one because it has 50 shape cards to copy.
All the others only had a few.
It will take a long time before we tire of these shapes.
The cards are NOT as big as the shapes. (that was a surprise to me)
I would buy this again tomorrow if I needed too!!!
I am so glad we purchased this!!
I gave it four stars for durability because the cards are "cards" ..... so they can be bent and torn.

Two years later and we still play with this.
My kids are now 7 and they make their own pictures with it.
However they still challenge each other with the cards.
Their are pictures on both sides of the card.
I like the soft handle.
To keep the cards from sliding out of the box seam (where the hinges meet) we put them in a Ziploc baggie and it fits perfectly in the case.
Two years later and every piece of it (case and all) still looks brand new!
Super happy with this purchase.
This is a great gift as well.

A NY Mom says:
What do you mean you say: "The cards are NOT as big as the shapes. (that was a surprise to me)"
Do the pattern block pieces not fit on the design on the card?

Thank you!

NicNac says:
The pieces do not sit on top of the cards like some do.
This inside of the wooden box is metal, and each piece is magnetic.
You look at the card and build the picture with corresponding pieces on the board.
