I use the Opteka .43x fisheye converter on a Sony DCR-HC62 camcorder. The lens has a 37mm thread size and came with a 37-30mm step-down ring to fit on my camera. It works just the way a fisheye converter should work. The video looks good, I have no complaints.

I was planning on buying this, mostly for some gimmick shots, but was a bit nervous with how it would work, or fit onto the cam. I've got an HC-DCR96, and it does all I need...but I'm looking to spruce things up a bit. Thanks for taking the time for this review. Nice job!
