Honest and sad look at fame,
This review is from: Keep the Faith: A Memoir (Paperback)
Keep the Faith was really good but some parts were really hard to read. I found myself tearing up a few times. Faith has had a hard life and it is so amazing to see her still trying to piece her life as well as her children's lives back together. She was also extremely honest about her relationships with men, the CRAZY choices she made but all in the name of please dont go down the same road I took and it was inspiring to read! We all saw through the media the ups and downs of her relationship with Big and the rumors about Tupac but Faith was unfairly betrayed as the cause of their issues. She also gets into her dispute with Lil Kim as well as some other well known female R & B singers who were friends of hers but who sided with Lil Kim and that really had me shaking my head. But all in all it was a really good book and after reading it I came away with a greater respect for Faith.
