5.0 out of 5 stars This is great stuff., September 6, 2004
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Ultimate Life - The Ultimate Meal, 1200 g powder (Health and Beauty)
It's handiest when used with bags of frozen fruits, like blueberries. Adding blueberries, bananna and maybe a splash

of pomegrante juice will reduce the extremely green color if

that tends to put you off eating it. Without the bananna it's

somewhat gritty but you can throw in some yogurt with mostly the same results if you don't like or get tired of the bananna.

This is the fastest healthiest meal I've found. Also check out their birch sugar sweetner, expensive but very good stuff.

Also, you need an easy to use and clean blender, electric hand mixers work.

Seriously Jeff, the fact that Todd has bought, prepared and consumed this product (yogurt added or no) says more about his empathy, compassion and humanity than your holier than thou Vegan sermon. Lighten up, chill and be patient while the rest of humankind reaches your lofty level........it could be awhile LOL :)

Milan says:
Jeff does make a good point, one that you would understand if you researched how unhealthy cows milk is for you. No other animal on the planet drinks the milk of another species, but man does. And that's if the milk is purified, which 99% of the milk in stores is not. They contain harmful hormones which effect how your body works, or doesn't work as the case may be. So I think what Jeff was saying is that using Yogurt defeats your goal IF (that's if) your goal is to consume a HEALTHY meal. As another example its kind of like mixing this product in soda pop before taking it. One step forward, two steps back...

The VERY reason I choose not be go vegan or be a part of the Vegan community is because of people like you and Jeff. You're absolutly intolerable with your holier than thou attitude about everything. Go eat some tree bark and let people make their own decisions, thanks.
