Poor product and poor customer service.,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Laptop/Notebook Battery for Dell Inspiron (Electronics)
Battery initially didn't work with my laptop. I contacted customer service for help and they sent me a condescending email treating me like an ignorant child. I had to look for an outside source to get the battery working and once I did it only holds a charge for less than 2 hours if I'm lucky on low power settings. Also after leaving negative feedback their customer service department has harassed me sending me multiple emails trying to get me to change my review feedback (I also want to note that they immediately contacted me after the negative feedback unlike when I initially contacted them for help and it took them a few days). I highly advise looking for your battery replacement from a different seller.

Jesse A. Ritz says:
After installing the bqattery we charged it overnight with the computer turned off. As expected, after the first charge it ran under two hours in power saver mode until it had 10% left. We charged it again, this time while using the laptop, and ran it down again until the 'battery indicator' became yellow. Ditto a third time. On the fourth charge I got tired of timing it after three hours on power saving mode; that's better than the original Dell battery that came in the computer. Our experience with replacement batteries has been that they cannot be recharged as many times as the original manufacturer's battery; only time will tell. If you pay half price for a replacement battery but it only lasts half as long then you haven't gained anything.
