5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing! Truly Transforms Your Face!, January 7, 2011
By
This review is from: Five-Minute Face-lift: A Daily Program for a Beautiful, Wrinkle-Free Face (Paperback)
I've been doing facial exercises for about 7 months now using exercises I've found online and even checking out the Facercise book, and taking monthly photos to document any changes. And I have to say, I've seen some of the best results I've had when I started using the exercises in Five-Minute Face-Lift.

After 2 days, I already see results. The lines around my mouth have improved, and my cheeks appear lifted. My entire face feels lifted and exercised, and energized. And in a natural way. I'm very amazed and pleased and yet I'll have to contain my excitement for another 2-3 months - the time frame the book gives you to see visible changes.

I really want to thank the author for sharing such an excellent system. Some of the exercises he demonstrates, I've already been doing, and so I know they work. And some of them are improvements of the ones I've been doing, and I like them better.

Update 4/24/11:
It's been almost 4 months now, and my face looks so much better, I take it for granted. I am no longer so obsessed with those mouth lines because they are barely discernible. My cheeks no longer sag. (Before, I got so fed up with them that I pulled them up with tape and string. Now, no need.) They feel firm and plump. And even my eyes appear lifted. I am very happy.

The one thing you do not mention is your age. Younger skin is more resiliant and pliable than older skin. I think i would be more likely to buy this item knowing the age of the participant.

LOL! Yes, you can buy face lifting tape and string to pull your face/neck back/upwards. I've often wondered what if the tape gave away out in public and part of your face fell? hehee
doesn't doing facial exerices cause more wrinkles due to making face/grimacing? I've often wondered.

Yes, I would also like to know the age of this person. If you are in your 20's-30's even monthly facials will keep you face fit. However in your mid 40's and up...not sure how these exercises will affect the firmness of facial muscles.
