The most complete book on training ever.,

I was so excited to receive this book, I am an endurance coach and a runner hoping to do Tri's soon. This book covers it all running, biking, swimming, strength and condtioning, mobility, nutrition, hydration, training programs, everything you need. The visuals are stunning, full color photos demonstrating correct technique and skills and drills to improve technique. It is very user friendly and so well written even a complete novice could follow it. I have a book shelf full of training books but this is by far the most comprehensive. I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in improving their quality of life through fitness and health. It is also hugely beneficial for the seasoned athlete, effecient, smart training is the wave of the future no more junk miles, no more injury producing long slow distance. Get this book it will revolutionize your training!
