Another Great Fitbit Product,

This review is from: Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale, Black (Sports)The Fitbit Ultra and companion dashboard are quality products with an amazing customer service to back them up. My Fitbit Aria was delivered today and was setup within minutes of unpacking it. Weight seems accurate when comparing to our old scale (after constant adjustments), scale at the gym and Wii Fit board.
My first weigh in synced to my account right away.
I added my wife to the scale and she weighed in, but the scale showed "GUEST". By going into the dashboard and navigating to the Aria settings page, I toggled the guest data to her account and the sync was complete.
I recommend this product if are planning to or are currently using other Fitbit products. They all integrate nicely: Fitbit Ultra (pedometer), Fitbit Aria (scale), Fitbit Dashboard (website) and Fitbit Mobile App.
***Update after 5 months of use***
The low batter notification kicked on a few days ago, so the initial battery life for me was about 5 months.
The one down side to the scale (dropping my rating from 5 to 4 stars) is the calibration. Each time the scale is picked up, it needs to recalibrate. There was a discussion about this on the Fitbit forum. My initial weigh in is about 1-1.5lbs heavier than my next two. The 2nd, 3rd and so on weigh ins are the same. Because of this, I have to dedicate 1-2 minutes for a proper weight in, and then need to delete the extra weights on my account.

I'm curious how you say they have great customer service to back them up when you didn't have any problems to contact them about? Everyone else mentions how you can't call or chat with them if you have a problem.

I have contacted customer service with an issue with my wife's Fitbit Ultra as well as some dashboard questions. I had a response to each of my questions shortly after my emails were sent.
They also have a great community that Fitbit staff monitor and respond to.
