Jim does a great job laying out a simple, yet effective plan for getting stronger and more fit without spending your life in the gym. What also makes this great is that he also lays out a very solid plan with ease of adjustment to continually improving your weaknesses while pushing your overall goals forward without killing your central nervous system and joints.
