Great option for iPhone 5 and iPad,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Griffin GC23139 PowerJolt Dual for iPad, iPhone, iPod (Personal Computers)
I had a Griffin Technology PowerJolt SE 2 amp Power Charger for iPad, iPhone and iPod (Black), but because it was all one piece, I would've had to buy a Lightning to 30-pin adapter from the Apple Store for $29 to use the charger with my new iPhone 5. I saw this dual-port adapter available from Griffin (for less than the cost of the adapter), called Griffin the day of the iPhone 5 release, and confirmed that the charger worked with the iPhone 5. The customer service rep actually tested it out for me while we were on the phone. (They had a team of people camped out at the Apple Store the night before so that they could get their hands on the phone and test their products on release day.) He confirmed for me that this charger works with the iPhone 5. Of course, the cable that comes with the charger is the old 30-pin one, but you can use the new Lightning to USB cable that comes with your iPhone 5 to plug it in to this charger. And you can use the included cable to plug in any older devices with the 30-pin connector. All in all, a great option for people who are caught with products with both the old and new connectors.
