Another Solid Pema,
This review is from: The Fearless Heart: The Practice of Living with Courage and Compassion (Audio CD)
I've been a Pema fan for a long while now. Of course you won't learn anything "new," in sense of a technological breakthrough, but can never have too many reminders and upon repeated listenings [accompanied by practice of course!], like standing in the rain, you get a little wetter each time. You should also consider listening to PC's audio, True Happiness.
Pema's five aphorisms for developing fearlessness which are printed on a card:
1. Reveal your hidden faults.
2. Approach what you find repulsive.
3. Help those you think you cannot help.
4. Anything you are attached to, give that.
5. Go to the places that scare you.
Included are Q&A session and guided meditation practices to work with guilt and shame.

C. Borden says:
Don't underestimate the technologically revolutionary "newness" of the willingness to examine and reverse our most deeply held tendencies.
