It's awesome to see how easy it is to use the product. You sold me on it due to its efficiency in getting the job done both easily and quickly!

Thanks for the video. It highlighted very much that although it looks simple to use and probably would be great for cutting a dozen ears or so at a time, I don't think it would be usefull for my canning/freezing projects. You had to empty it before even finishing 1 ear of corn. When I freeze corn, I'm cutting bushels of corn at a time. If I had to stop part way through each ear to empty the chamber, that would slow down a project that already takes hours to get done. I think for my needs, a simple good-sharpe knife and a cutting board is probably still the way to go.
