Poorly researched and not for those who care about what they eat.,

I was excited to see a "healthy" cooking magazine from the makers of Reader's Digest. I downloaded my first issue and was immediately dissapointed in the content. If you're educated about food, rather than just being interested in "dieting" then steer clear. If margarine and saccharine are your idea of health foods, then this would be a good choice.

Yikes! Saccharine and margarine!!? That is absolutely horrible. I can't believe Reader's Digest would put their names on that publication. Thanks for the post.
