This is an amazing book about sales. It gives a highly structured overview with clear, actionable advice. Everyone who is either in sales or a connected profession like marketing or product management must read this book. It is an eye-opener.
On my personal journey, I had to vastly increase my sales effectiveness. What I understood from this book was that the difficulties I am facing are not only mine, that even experienced sales professionals are having the same hurdles that I am facing up to every day. It also gives me clear actionable items that I can implement easily and directly into my sales process.
The book is very clearly written, can be easily consumed and used as a valuable reference.
